You received services in our salon with an expectation to be happy. In the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied with the results of your service, please tell us so we may make it right. Not only will we graciously re-do it for FREE, but if you require, we will credit your account with the equal value of the service so you may ask to be with ANY SERVICE PROVIDER of your choice for the re-do.
In addition, you are guaranteed superior cleanliness and sanitation; quality, professional and superior hair care, skin care and anil care products used in our treatments (we don't skimp); and experienced, knowledgeable, highly-trained professional team members whose focus is on you.
BEAUTY BRANDS Guarantee:
If you purchase a product in good faith, but you're unsatisfied by the result, we'll be happy to exchange it or take it back. Depending upon the circumstances we'll provide an in-store credit or full refund.
FULL REFUND - Unused, gently used and defective products returned within 6 months from purchase may be exchanged or refunded using original form of payment. Your choice.
IN-SALON CREDIT - Unused, gently used, and defective products returned after 6 months earns an in-salon credit. Any time a product returned is in less than new conditon (worn, parts missing, original box not included, or 25% or more of the bottle has been used) we'll issue an in-store credit.
If returns become chronic for you, we have the right to refuse this gracious practice.

Services Guarantee: With all our services now offered by our stellar independent service providers, please ask each experienced and knowledgeable professional how they provide you with confidence in their work, cleanliness and sanitation.
Beauty Brands Guarantee: We buy quality products for your at-home personal use. We take sanitation and fresh purchases of product seriously. If you purchase a product in good faith, but you’re unsatisfied by the result, we’ll be happy to exchange it for another product or an in-store credit. The products you wish to exchange or return must be done within 30 days of purchase to obtain either a full refund or in-store credit (see circumstances below) or within 12 months to receive an in-store credit. Sales of some personal hygiene products are final. Depending on the circumstance, you will receive a full refund or an in-store credit.
If returns become chronic for you, we have the right to refuse this gracious practice.
No refund:
• To protect the health and hygiene of our clients, we will not take back personal use items once opened.
• If your return exceeds 12 months from purchase.
Sales are final for the items below as we can neither return them to the manufacturer nor would we attempt to resell them to you once the packaging has been opened.
• Hair dye and developer; permanent waves; eyelashes and glue; shaving tools/implements; electric tools like dryers/flat irons/curling irons/hot curlers; hair brushes and combs; clippers and trimmers; nail files and nail tools/implements; nail polish or treatments; makeup.
• We encourage the practice of sending in your warranties to the manufacturer for all tools and implements.
Full refund:
• Unused product with packaging intact (not opened and in good condition), purchased under your name (we will have record of your transaction) and not under ‘Walk-In’, and returned within 30 days.
• Opened, defective product purchased under your name and returned within 30 days.
In-Store credit:
• If unused or defective product does not qualify for the full refund conditions, you will be issued an in-store credit.
• All used products will automatically require the issuance of an in-store credit.
If you wish to try one of Marie’s many new products or are uncertain about testing a new product, we highly recommend buying the smallest size. We even carry a fair selection of travel sized products. With Covid restrictions, we may have pulled several products aside as testers that we could provide you in-salon to try before you buy. We sanitize these after each use and keep them behind the counter. Just ask if we might have a tester.
